We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the delivery of high-value products that align with our organization's vision. The Product Owner will manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and work closely with development teams to drive product success.
Product Vision and Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s goals, customer needs, and market trends.
Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Backlog Management
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and partners) and development teams.
Gather input, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders are informed about product progress and timelines.
Development Team Engagement
Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Risk Management
Identify and address potential risks or obstacles to product delivery.
Work proactively to mitigate challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in an Agile environment.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
Experience working in [industry or domain, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, etc.].
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design approaches.
