Hybrid Sales Representative

Job Overview

As a Hybrid Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.  This position involves both inside sales activities and field sales engagements, allowing you to build relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively. You will work closely with our sales team to develop strategies that enhance our market presence and achieve sales targets within all ElevateHT's business revenues including Medical Integrated Dispensing, Pulse software and In Office Infusion.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.

Field Sales

Meet with prospects and clients in person to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products and services.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a hybrid role with both inside and field sales responsibilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

80k-85k annual base salary plus commission
